1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit (depending on your preference).
• Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately.
